1.What are delivery charges?

Ans :  Delivery charges vary with each seller and courier company and product weight.

sellers relatively cost high charges on low-cost items. for example Delivery charge on the product of Rs. 500 or less will be Rs. 40 and product of Rs. 500 or above will be free delivery. ( in the city : Jalandhar and near 5km).

2. How much do we charge for COD orders and why sometimes products don't show the COD option?

Ans: The COD ( cash on delivery ) charges are mentioned on the product page. The final amount that you see while placing an order at .The Total bill and delivery charges will be mentioned on the package. The same price will be paid and show on your package and displayed. you are not required to pay any extra charges on COD. If the case COD option is not available on any product , it depends on the courier partner that whether they accept COD or not. If you want to check that if the COD option is available or not , you have to just enter your area Pincode.

3.What is the Estimated time and Why your order sometimes not delivered on estimated time ?

Ans: Sellers generally try to ship items at the time displayed on the product page . It includes the business days and excludes public holidays and Sundays.

The estimated time depends on some factors:

  • Sellers offering the product
  • Availability of product with the seller
  • The location at which you want to order your product

Sometimes your order is not delivered on estimated time because of :

  • There could be a delay depending upon your shipping address, courier services, and unfavorable climatic conditions.
  • if any festival or public holiday conditions.

You can track your shipment at your courier companies website using the tracking no. We Will Send Details on your registered Email Or Mobile No.  

if there is no update in shipment please wait for 48 hours else. Get in touch with the customer support team.

4.Can you change the shipping address?

Ans: you may request for change of address as long as the order has not been handed over to our courier partner.

5.Why some sellers cannot send products to your address?

Ans:Please enter your Pincode on the product page  to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.

If you haven't provided your Pincode until the checkout stage, the Pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.

Whether  your location can be reached or not

  • Whether the Seller  ships to your location
  • Legal restrictions,  if any, in shipping particular products to your location
  • The availability of reliable courier partners in your location

6.My order is out for delivery but has not reached ?

Ans: If the status is marked as out of delivery and does not reach you , you can contact the courier company and get an update on your order .

7. If you need to return your order then, what should you do?

Ans: If you want to return your order , you just have to call or mail us . we will explain the process to.

our shipping partner's delivery boy will pick the order and give it to the seller. payment will be returned to you within 5 to 7 working days.

8.What if any repairing gadget delays to deliver?

Ans: There might be some conditions in delaying of orders:

  1.  It depends upon   the availability of spare parts.
  2.  condition of gadgets issue
  3.  availability of technician
  4.  working load on   technician
  5. location of   delivery
  6. public holiday ,legal restrictions, and climatic conditions.

9. what is the maximum and minimum service delivery timeline?

Ans: the maximum delivery timeline is 15 working days and a minimum of 7 working days. 

9. Does supplies out of state or country?

Ans: As of now . Sampurnakart doesn't deliver out of the country.
